Hi, I’m Rhoda!
I’m a mental health nurse and family therapist-in-training with over 10 years of experience supporting people through sleep issues, emotional challenges, and life transitions.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing and have completed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training for nurses. I’m currently studying to become a certified family psychotherapist at Kiira Järve Pereteraapia Koolituskeskus.
My background includes working in sleep medicine, providing both individual and family counseling, and offering mental health support in clinical and community settings.
